Req = 3 + 3

Req = 6 Ohm = R4

Now in parallel -

1/Req = 1/R3 + 1/R4

1/Req = 1/3 + 1/6

1/Req = 3/6

Req = 6/3

Req = 2 ohm

Therefore total resistance will be 2 ohm.
