The cotton textiles are being decentralized in India and the factors responsible for this are :-

1- Transportation of raw material from the site to the textiles are costly as well as there are very less modes of transportation possible.

2- It is done for the better availability and easy access  to raw materials as cotton is widely produced in the country.

3- As there is a huge unemployment scenario running in the  country people are in dire need  of jobs. The decentralization therefore helps in getting workers at a very cheap price or cheap labour availability.

4- There is a huge demand of cotton in India and the decentralization is helping to increase the market scope and promote the business in the country.

These are all the reasons i personally know, if you know about any new factors I am eager to learn it's importance from you.

i hope this helped you and the comment section is always open for discussion.

Thank You!!
