Hey mate.

The three factors why fish cannot live on land are -

1) They don't have lungs. Instead they have gills.

2) Fish cannot take the atmospheric O2 ( Oxygen). The gills present in fishes can take 02 from water.

3)They have fins and it would be difficult for it to do locomotion in land.

Please mark it as brainliest.

Answer:

They have gills, which they use to filter oxygen from the water. They can't get enough oxygen on land, causing them to suffocate. Their bodies are also coated in a slime, which protects them.
