^^" Well, honestly, there's two ways to put it

(•) Three coins, so there's either a coin shows a Head or a Tail

So, total number of events turns out to be :

S = {2}^{3}

Now, there's either a 2H 1T possibility or a 3H possibility

Counting all of them, number of favorable events :

E = 4

And so, our probability of the happening of event is

P(E) = \frac{E}{s} = \frac{1}{2}

Or,

(•) See, since there's three coins, there's no chance we can get both the Heads and the Tails in same amount in a fair toss !

So, In about half the total events, there has to be atleast 2 of either Group..

So,

P(E) = \frac{1}{2}
