Beaker B would be more warmer than beaker A

Reason:

As we know that heat transfers from higher temperature to lesser temperature.

For Beaker A,

As we pour 30°C water in 70°C water, the temperature contrast is enormous so water will cool instantly and for five minutes it'll cool against distinction with room temperature.

For Beaker B,

After waiting for 5 minutes with 70°C water in room, so that will cool it gradually. Additionally after 5 minutes we will add 30°C water to it, however temperature distinction will be little so cooling will be truly moderate.

In this manner on the off chance that we measure temperature quickly following 5 minutes, beaker B will be more warmer than  A.
