From the Magnetic field formula we know

B = µ0i/2R

so for three perpendicular fields , it will be the vector resultant of the 3 of them,

Therefore

B' = \sqrt{B^{2} _{1}+B^{2} _{2}+B^{2} _{3}

      =\sqrt{3} µ0i/2R
