Ok so first of all, this question can have many possibilities. I found this answer by trial-and-error method.
So, let the integers be x, y and z.
We get the equation as:
2x + 3y + 4z = 74
So I got one possible answer as
x = 1
y = 4
z = 15
So    2(1) + 3(4) +4(15) = 2 + 12 + 60 = 74

Hope it helps.

mrsanjaysharma: no
doctech13: sorry its 8 in the above equation instead of 4
mrsanjaysharma: 2x+3x+3+4x+8=74
doctech13: so we get 9x = 74 - 11 = 63
mrsanjaysharma: 9x+11=74
doctech13: so, x = 63/9 = 7
mrsanjaysharma: 9x=74-11=63
doctech13: so the numbers are 7, 8 and 9
mrsanjaysharma: x=63/9=7
mrsanjaysharma: ok
