I:  3cm×2.5cm×4cm,

ii: 3.5cm×2cm×2.5cm,

III: 4cm×3cm×1.5cm

V1=3*2.5*4=30 cm³

V2=3.5*2*2.5=17.5 cm³

V3=4*3*1.5=18 cm ³

Total volume all three is

=30+17.5+18=30+35.5=65.5 cm³

Now Volume of new cube formed=4*4*4 cm²

=64 cm³

Wastage of iron

=65.5-64=1.5 cm³
