We will put the turmeric in all the three liquids. The liquid in which the turmeric , well it's colour slightly changes but still appears yellowish, it is hydrochloric acid, the liquid in which is turns reddish brown is the sodium hydroxide. and the liquid in which it remains yellow the same colour as before. We can differentiate easily all the three liquids.
