Answer:

We will put a drop of each of Hydrochloric aid,Sodium Hydroxide and sugar solution on the turmeric indicator.The liquid which changes this colour of turmericindicator red or orange is basic in nature that is Sodium Hydroxide..Now we will put a drop of sodium hydroxide on a drop of each of other two liquids separately.After that we will put the drops of their mixtures on turmeric indicator.The solution which change after adding drop is sugar solution as it turns basic and the solution which does not show any change in colur is hydrochloric acid as it becomes nutral by adding sodium hydroxide.

Sodium Hydroxide +Turmeric indicator----->Basic( Change into red or Orange)

Sodium Hydroxide+Sugar solution +Turmeric solution------> Basic(Change into red or

orange)

Sodium Hydroxide+Hydrochloric acid-----------> Salt =Water(No change in colour-).
