Answer:

the length of cloth that can be measured exact no of time = 1920 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : three measuring rods is 64 cm , 80 cm, 96 cm

find the least length of cloth

first find the L.C.M of  64,80,96

using prime factorization method :

64 =  2 x 8 x 4

80 = 2 x 8 x 5

96 = 2 x 8 x 6

L.C.M of 64,80,96 = 2 x 8 x 4 x 5 x 6 =1920

hence ,the length of cloth that can be measured exact no of time using  any of the above rods = 1920 cm
