Solution :
To find the Least Distance , we need to find LCM ( Lowest Common Multiplier)
4 = 2 * 2
6 = 2 * 3
12 = 2 *2*3
LCM = 2 * 2 * 3
LCM =12
12 km the least distance they can cover in exact number of days
One will Take = 12/4 =3 Days
Second will take =12/6 = 2 Days
Third will take =12/12 = 1 Day
