According to the problem given,
edges of the 3 metal cubes are,
a1 = 6cm
a2 = 8 cm
a3 = 10 cm
if three cubes are melted and formed into a
single cube
let the new cube edge = A cm
volume of new cube = sum of the volumes of
the 3 cubes
A³ = a1³ + a2³ + a3³
= 6³ + 8³ + (10)³
= 216 + 512 + 1000
= 728000
A ≈ 89.96cm
therefore ,
edge of the new cube ( A ) = 89.98cm
