Three missionaries and three cannibals want to get to the other side of a river. There is a small boat, which can fit only two. To prevent a tragedy, there can never be more cannibals than missionaries together.

First take one cannibal and one missionaries to the other side by boat.
Then the missionary brings the boat back and now he goes to the shore.
then two cannibals reach the other side.
One then returns back.
And now two missionaries reach other side.
one missionary and one cannibal returns.
Now two missionaries go to the shore and one cannibal returns.
now two cannibals go to the shore and one returns and brings back the other cannibal to the shore.
