Of the three ratios given, the greatest is 3/4 and the smallest is 1/2.

By question, (3x/4) - (x/2) =36

Or,(3x-2x)/4 =36

Or,x =36×4

Therefore, x=144

Now the three numbers are x/2=144/2=72, 2x/3= 2*144/3=2*48=96 and 3x/4= 3*144/4=3*48=144.
