Three numbers are in the ratio 2:3:4. If the smallest is 2x+6 , what is the largest number?

Solution:-

Let the values be 2x, 3x, 4x

2x + 6 =  Smallest number = 2x

Therefore:-

2x + 6 + 2x = 3x + 4x

4x + 6 = 7x

6 = 3x

x = 2 (Answer)
