Three numbers are such that the product of the first and second is 1.8 then the second and third is 2.7 and that of first and third is 2.16. Find the numbers?

Let first number be x, second be y and third be z.
So according to question,
xy = 28 .. I.
yz = 84 .. II.
Divide II by I.
yz/ xz = 84/28
z/x = 3. .. III
Since xz = 48 given .. IV
Multiply III by IV
z/ x * xz = 48*3
z^2 = 144
z = 12.
Put value of x in equation IV and II to find value of x and y.
yz = 84
y= 84/z = 84/12
= 7.
xz = 48
= x = 48/z = 48/12
=4.
Hence first number is 4, second is 7 and third is 12.
