Answer:

The ratio is 1 : 3.33

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

x : y : z = 12 : 15 : 25

Let

x = 12 A

y = 15 A

z = 25 A

According to question,

The sum of twice of these numbers is 614

2 ( 12 A + 15 A + 25 A )= 614

2 * 52 A= 614

52A = 307

A = 5.90

Now,

x = 12 A = 12 * 5.90

x = 70.84

y = 15 A = 15 * 5.90

y = 88.55

z = 25 A = 25 * 5.90

z = 147.6

Difference between y and x = 88.55 - 70.84 = 17.71

Difference between z and y = 147.6 - 88.55 = 59.05

Ratio between the difference of Y and X and the difference of Z and Y is 17.71 : 59.05

= 1 : 3.33

Hence,

The ratio is 1 : 3.33
