=> ∠EBA + 90° + ∠CBF = 180°  

=> ∠EBA + ∠CBF = 90°

=> ∠EBA =  90° - ∠CBF

=> ∠EBA =  ∠BCF

∠AEB = ∠CFB = 90°

AB = BC  (side of square)

=> ΔAEB ≅ BFC

=> AE = BF = 12

   EB = CF = 7

AB² = BC² = 12² + 7²   = 144 + 49 = 193
