Three passengers

You are driving a car on one big stormy night. You pass a bus station. There are three people who are waiting for the bus: One old sick lady who is dying, One doctor who saved your life before, and one lady who is someone you have been dreaming to be with. You can only take one passenger, which one will you choose?​

I will send the old lady with the doctor to hospital and then stay with the lady please mark it as brilliant

I would give my car key to a doctor and tell him to go to a hospital with a old sick lady and save her life. Than I would stay behind with my dream lady and we would wait for a bus to come so that we could be together.
