let money invested by 1st person be x
there money invested by second =x+1000
and money invested by 3rd = x+1000+1000

x+x+1000+x+1000+1000=9000
3x+3000=9000
3x=6000
x=2000rs.
money invested by third = 2000+1000+1000
=4000rs.

s.i. = prt/100
5400=9000×r×2/100
5400=180r
r=30%

s.i. 2= prt/100
4000×30×2/100
=2400rs.
hence third person will get rs. 2400
