Now we find the rotio
1st person =25000/80000=5/16
2nd person =15000/80000=3/16
3rd person =40000/80000=1/2
Now calculate those shares
1st=5/16*14400=4500
2nd=3/16*14400=2700
3rd=1/2*14400=7200
