Three persons start a business and spend rs 25000,rs15000,rs40000 respectively. Find the share of each out of a profit of 14400 in a year

it is so easy ..

first of all ratio of all three person getting to spend money is 5:3:8.

then let x be the value of one i.e

=> 5x+3x+8x= 14400

=> 16x=14400

=> x= 14400/16

=> x= 900

now for 1st person 5*900=4500

for 2nd person 3*900=2700

for 3rd person 8*900=7200...

these are the shares of every three persons..
