Three persons X, Y and Z distributed a certain sum
of money among themselves, such that Y got 7850
less than twice the amount that X got and Z got
50 less than twice the amount that X got. The ratio
of the amounts obtained by Y and Z is 49: 65. What
is the total amount distributed among the three?

then x will get 25% more means x will get 125% of 75 = 375/4

now X : Y : Z = 375/4 : 75 : 100

X : Y : Z = 375 : 300 : 400

X : Y : Z = 15 : 12 : 16
