Answer:

Part of tank filled by A in 1 min = 1/60

Part of tank filled by B in 1 min.= 1/45

Part of tank filled by both A and B together

= 1/60 + 1/45 = (3+4)/180 = 7/180

Part of the tank emptied by C in 1 min = 1/30

Part of tank filled if all 3 pipes are opened in 1 min.

= 7/180 — 1/30 = (7–6)/180 = 1/180

So if all the three pipes are opened time taken to fill the tank = 180 min = 3 he's.
