Days 1 : 2.............(2)
and hours x : 8...........(3)
Multiply (1) , (2) and (3)
=> 4 × 1 × x = 3 × 2 × 8
=> 4x = 48
=> x = 48/4
=> x = 12
✔✔Therefore the pumps take 12 hours per day to complete the work in 1 days .....
