if we use concept of short circuiting then arrange of inductors as shown in figure.
where, L_1=L_2=L_3=3H

you can see all the resistance are in parallel so, equivalent inductance of inductors is given by \frac{1}{L_{eq}}=\frac{1}{L_1}+\frac{1}{L_2}+\frac{1}{L_3}

\frac{1}{L_{eq}}=\frac{1}{3H}+\frac{1}{3H}+\frac{1}{3H}

Leq = 1H

hence, option (A) is correct.
