Heya !!

Here is your answer.

Given two rational numbers = -3/7 and -2/7.

We have to find 3 numbers. So, let us Multiply both numerator and denominator by 3+1 = 4.

 \frac{ - 3}{7}  =  \frac{ - 3 \times 4}{7 \times 4}  =  \frac{ - 12}{28}
And,
 \frac{ - 2}{7}  =  \frac{ - 2 \times 4}{7 \times 4}  =  \frac{ - 8}{28}
Now,

Three rational numbers between -3/7 or -12/28 and -2/7 or -8/28 are -11/28, -10/28 (= -5/14) and -9/28.
