R2= 10ohm

R3= 100ohm

Explanation:

Re= 1/0.3+1/10+1/100

= 1/0.3+0.1+0.01

= (1+0.03+0.003)/0.3

= 1.0330/0.3

= 1.033/0.3

= 3.4434 ohm -> Answer
