three resistirs having resistances of 3 ohm ,6ohm,12 ohm are connected in both parallel and in series potential difference of 12 V is applied across them calculate effective resistance and current flowing through both the circuit​

Resistance in series= 3+6+12

=21 ohm

V = 12V

I=V×R

= 252A

R in parallel= 1/3 +1/6 +1/12

R= 12/7 ohm

I= V×R

= 20.5A
