When three resistors of 7.5 ohm are connected in parallel then r equivalent is

1/r = 1/r1 + 1/r2 +1/r3

r =r/3. (as r1,r2,r3 is same)

So, r=7.5/3=2.5

Similarly for 8 ohm resistors

r=8/3=2.7

and for 6 ohm resistor

r=6/2=2.

Now these three parallel connections are connected in series so their equivalent resistance will be there sum which is

R1+ R2+ r3=2.5+2.7+2=7.2

Therefore the equivalent resistance of the circuit will be 7.2 ohm.
