rules of vedic maths with examples :
1).Nikhilam sutra:
This is the most simplest trick to multiply numbers using vedic maths.
Let see some examples:
1. 103×109
steps to solve:
a) Both the numbers are closer to 10 power(base 100).
b)103 is 3 more than 100 and 108 is 8 more than 100.
c) (3)×(8)=24
d) 103+8 or 108 +3 both are equal to 111
e) so the answer is 11124.
2) Ekayunena Purvena Sutra:
This rule is only applicable whenever the multiplier has only 9s as digit.
examples:
2×9 | 1 | 8
3×9 | 2 | 7
4×9 | 3 | 6
5×9 | 4 | 5
6×9 | 5 | 4
and write the coumting like this then you will get the answer.
3)Antyaordasake'pi:
