Answer:

Focus on B and C

B and C have a distance between 12 m

when b finished the race by covering 24m he made a gap between 16m between them i.e. he created another 4m while running 24m

since he created a gap of 4m while running 24 km

he must have creates a gap of 16 by running a total of 16×6=96
