runner A speed = 3km/hr
runner B speed = 7km/hr
runner C speed = 13km/hr
runner A time taken to meet again =12/3
= 4hr
runner B time taken to meet again =12/7
= 1.7hr
runner C time taken to meet again = 12/13
=55min
