Area of big semicircle =21πr2=2π×(4.5)2

Area of one small semicircle =2π×(1015)2

Area of the given figure =2π[10045×45+10015×15]=445πcm2

Area of circle =π×(1045)2

Area of the shaded region = Area of a given figure - Area of circle −2× Area of small semicircles

                                              =445π−10045×45π−2×2π(10015×15)

                                              =10045π×[1125−45−5]
