we know the volume of a cube = a^3

where a = side of the cube

NOW,

volume of the new cube = volume of three cubes

 {x}^{3 }  =  {6}^{3}  +  {8}^{3}  +  {10}^{3}

 {x}^{3}  = 1728

x \:  =  \sqrt[3]{1728}

x \:  =   \sqrt[3]{(12) \times (12) \times (12)}

x = 12
