Answer:

∴ r = 9cm & v= 3052.08 cm³

Step-by-step explanation:

given,

  •   radius of 1st sphere = 1cm
  • radius of 2nd sphere = 6cm
  • radius of 3rd sphere = 8cm

 To find :

  • radius of the new sphere
  • volume of the new sphere

From formula,

      < v= 4/3 πr³>

< volume of 3 sphere = volume of new sphere>

4/3π (1)³ + 4/3π(6)³  + 4/3π(8)³ = 4/3πr³

or, 4/3π (1³ + 6³ + 8³) = 4/3πr³

or,  729 = r³

or, ∛729 = r

∴ r = 9

now,

volume of the new sphere (v) = 4/3πr³

                                                    = 4/3 × 3.14 × 9³

                                                  = 9156.24/3

                                                   = 3052.08 cm³
