let r1, r2and r3be 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cmrespectively.
let the radius of the new spherical ball formed be R.
since volume of the sphere is equal 4/3r3
therefore,4/3r13 +4/3r23+4/3r33=4/3R3
4/3(r13+r23+r33) =4/3R3
(r13+r23+r33) =R3
33+ 43 + 53= R3
27 + 64 + 125 =R3
216 =R3
therefore R = 6 cm

Answer:

Explanation:

let r1, r2and r3be 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cmrespectively.

let the radius of the new spherical ball formed be R.

since volume of the sphere is equal 4/3r3

therefore,4/3r13 +4/3r23+4/3r33=4/3R3

4/3(r13+r23+r33) =4/3R3

(r13+r23+r33) =R3

33+ 43 + 53= R3

27 + 64 + 125 =R3

216 =R3

therefore R = 6 cm
