Explanation:
Solid : have a fixed shape and volume. Ex. :- a wooden log doesn't changes its shape if we can't exert pressure on it.
Liquid : it adapts the shape of container and slightly varies in volume. Ex. :- if we change the container of water the water changes it shape.
Gas : it expands and occupies the volume of container. Ex. :- if we transfer the Gas from small container to a container which is bigger in size from that container the gas spreads and cover's the volume of container.
