Step-by-step explanation:

Part time in 2 hours

=6 = 3

2 1

Remaining part=

(1− 3 )= 3

1 2

∴(A+B)'s 7 hour's work=

3

2

(A+B)'s 1 hour's work=

21

2

∴ C's hour's work={(A+B+C)'s 1 hour's work}−{(A+B)'s 1 hour's work}

=( 6-21)= 14

1 2 1

∴ C alone can fill the tank in 14 hours.
