three test tubes contains distilled water, acidic solution and basic solution we are provided red litmus paper only how can we identify the contents of test tubes

We will dip red litmus paper in all the three given solutions in two or them it will not turn blue but in the third one it will turn blue the solution which will turn it blue is basic in nature

then we will dip this blue litmus obtained in rest solutions the acidic one will turn it red while distilled water will have no effect on it
