Rumours and propaganda spread by the tongue have the potential to poison whole communities or nations. An uncontrolled tongue breaks relationships and trust between friends and family members. Bible says that an uncontrolled tongue is slave of the Devil.
Tongue is one of the vital organs in our body.
It performs several anatomical functions for an individual.
However, our tongue performs great role for the community as a whole.
The foremost thing that the tongue helps in is our speech.
Had the tongue not been there even with trachea we couldn’t speak.
Secondly, the tongue contains taste buds. It helps us to recognize different tastes and therefore gives a culinary fulfillment.
Thirdly, it maintains the three dimensional shape of our face and maintains our beauty.
