Answer:

Consecutive odd numbers (x=smallest):  x+1, x+3, x+5

3(X+1) - 7 ==> 3X-4=  "three times the smallest … decreased by 7"

2(x+5) =  "twice the largest"

These two things are equal:   3x-4 = 2(x+5)

3x-4 = 2x+10

x = 14

----

3x-7  =  "three times the smallest … decreased by 7"

2(x+4) =  "twice the largest"

These two things are equal:   3x-7 = 2(x+4)

3x-7 = 2x+8

x = 15

----ANSWER = 15 , 17 , 19
