Let A(1,2), B(2,4), C(3,7) be vertices of parallelogram ABCD.

In a parallelogram the diagonals bisect each other. Hence midpoints of AC and BD are equal.

Let D=(x,y)

So 1+3 = 2+x and 2+7 = 4+ y implies D=(2,5)
