Answer:

equate the Mixture

M : W T Mix

V-1 25 : 10 35

V-2 28 : 7 35

V-3 28 : 7 35

Capacities M : W T Mix

(V-1)x3 25 : 10 35

(V-2)x2 28 : 7 35

(V-3)x1 28 : 7 35

Water taken out=13 of water in (v−1)+12 of water in (v−2)+17 of water in (v−3)

=13×105+12×70+17×35=75

\% of water =1875×100=24%
