This question is testing on application of LCM.

The LCM of 36,24 and 60 is :

36 = 2 × 2 × 3 × 3

24 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3

60 = 2 × 2 × 3 × 5

LCM = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 5 = 360

They will all touch the ground with the red spot after 360 revolutions.

Total revolutions per minute :

60 + 24 + 36 = 120

360/120 = 3 minutes.

Answer :

3 minutes

The HCF of 60,36,24 is 12.

60÷12 =>5, 36÷12 => 3, 24÷12 => 2

ie after the first wheel completing 5 revolutions,the second completing 3 revolutions and the third 2 revolutions all the red spots of the wheels touch the ground simultaneously. The time taken for this is

(60/60)×5 =>,(60/36)×3 =>5, (60/24)×2 =>5 seconds.

HOPE SO IT IS HELPFUL..❣️✌️..
