one day work of suresh=1/12

one day work of ramesh=1/9

since all of them can complete work in 4 days so sum of 4 days work of all will complete the 100%work

4(1/12+1/9+1/x)=1

1/3+4/9+4/x=1

7/9+4/x=1

4/x=2/9

x=18

so mahesh can complete the work in 18 days
