Three young men set out on a journey. All of them are dishonest towards each other but they try to be good on the face. All of them found a treasure on the journey. They agreed to divide it equally among themselves. After walking for some miles they started to feel hungry too. One of them was sent to bring food from the nearby town. The two remaining plotted to kill him on his return. While the third one poisoned the food so that he can kill the two. The third one got Killed on his return. After killing him they started to eat the food brought by him. Both of them died of the poison. In this way, no one was able to get the whole of the treasure. In fact, they lost their lives too.
The moral of the story is that we should never plan evil for others because it's the karma which comes back to us. If we are digging a hole for others to fall, we too fall in the same hole someday.
