Poet's mood was not good so he sits in the shade of the tree and at that point of time crow's movement took place and a little snow fell on the poet and his mood immediately changed .

So by these poem poet wants to say that the superstitions we believe is just our mind that made it . if the crow would not move and snow will not fell on to the poet so the poet's whole day would be wasted
