Through the sharecropper of Champaran recieved only one fourth of the compensation how can the Champaran struggle still be termed a huge succes and victory ?

Gandhiji said that the amount of refund was less important to the fact that the landlords were obliged  to surrender part of their money and with it part of their prestige
